Welcome to Night Vale - Cecil's Wandering Tattoos

There's been some fandom noise about Cecil's tattoos actually traveling over his skin, so I played around with this a little bit. And so much fun can be had! The ink pools at his feet when he's sleepy, though. Not so much fun.
